When should I book your event photography service?

We recommend booking our event photography service as soon as you have your event date and location confirmed. This will ensure that we have availability on your desired date and can plan accordingly. We understand that events can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible rescheduling options if needed. However, the earlier you book, the better chance you have of securing our services for your event. Contact us today to discuss your event and to reserve your date.

What are your travel charges cost?

At WBOOMS Photography, we understand that capturing your special moments may require us to travel. Our travel charges vary depending on the location of the event. There will be no additional travel fees for area within of Faringdon, Oxfordshire. My mileage charges are £0.45 per mile travelled (roundtrip) for any location outside Faringdon, Oxfordshire.

If the shoot requires air travel or an overnight stay, additional fees may apply. Please contact me directly to discuss the details of your shoot and any associated travel costs. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the travel charges before the event to ensure you are fully aware of the costs. We pride ourselves on our transparency and customer satisfaction. Question 5

When will my images be ready?

Accepted Answer

All of your images will be ready for you to download and share three weeks (or less for smaller final images package) after your photoshoot.

Question 6

My package came with a service voucher. How long will the voucher last?

Accepted Answer

You will have 1-year to spend your voucher.  
Your vouchers will be expired exactly 1-year, counting from the day you've purchased your package.
This should give you plenty of time to plan and book your next session at a discounted price.

Question 7

I need to reschedule my date, what do I do?"

Accepted Answer

If you give me a notice within 48hours, we can use your existing deposit to reschedule your date.
