GETTING READY & PREPARATION PHOTOS

I will be arriving 1-1.5 hours before you need to leave for the ceremony. If your partner is also getting ready in the same location as you, I can alternate between you both. In this case, please allow 2 hours for this to take place.

If your husband-to-be is getting ready elsewhere, please allows 1 hour with them before I need to arrive at your prep.
THE CEREMONY

Wedding ceremony.

Formal and candid photos of the bride & groom during/after signing the Registration of Marriage. Formal and candid photos of the bride and groom with their families.

Confetti photos after the ceremony. (This section of your day will make very stunning and fun images of the bride & groom and the guests).
Include the travel time between where you got ready and your ceremony location. Again, pad the timeline here. Guests might still be arriving or fussing for the first 5 minutes. And don’t forget to allow time for the confetti, hugs and kisses afterwards! I recommend budgeting 45 – 60 minutes for the whole ceremony including confetti and congratulations!
FAMILY PHOTOS

Formal group photos after confetti. Documentary style photos of all the attending guests with/without the bride & groom. Covering from exiting the ceremony venue, whilst the bride & groom are receiving their congrats.
This depends on the amount of attending guests, but I highly recommend allowing 20 – 30 minutes for the family photo session. If not possible, we can continue with it during cocktail hour.
COUPLE PORTRAIT SESSION

An intimate couple portraits session of the newlyweds, at your reception venue. This will be a perfect opportunity to capture beautiful portraits, whilst this session provides a good chance for the bride and groom to breathe, relax and enjoy the time together.
Ideally, we want to do this around 1-1.5 hours before the sunset. This may not always be possible, but it is good to budget time for this schedule. Please allows 20-30 minutes for this session.
WEDDING PARTY

Back to your party! A photos session of the bride and the bridesmaids. The groom and his groomsmen. A chance for the newlyweds to get together with their friends and have a fun little photo session together.
I recommend budgeting around 15-20 minutes to photograph the wedding party with the couple.
YOUR RECEPTION

The reception venue details, before the dinner reception. Once I have collected the couple photos and the wedding party, I will dedicate my time to photograph your; table decor, guests interacting, cocktail mingling, your wedding cake, etc.

Time for speeches! I will be discretely photographing while the speeches are happening before dinner starts. There will mostly be a documentary, natural and candid type of photos from this section of your wedding.

Time to have your wedding day dinner. Do not worry! There will be no images of you and your guests while you eat! I will take this time to photograph your wedding vibes; more cake pictures and give myself a small break.
I will be photographing for as long as this part of your wedding goes on. However, the speeches and dinner reception usually last around 2-3.5 hours. Depending on how long you would like to take.
CAKE CUTTING, FIRST DANCE & DANCING

Now we are onto the pudding, time to have your wedding cake! I will be photographing while you cut your wedding cake. This part will mostly be a candid type of photos, documenting you, your guests and the general vibes while this is happening.

We are witnessing your first dance. You do not need to be a professional salsa dancer or have taken a ballroom dance class before this day. I would highly recommend that you both get to the dance floor and have fun as a husband and wife.

It's time to take this party to your guests! I will be photographing some dance floor moves from you and your guests. As the party goes on, I will collect many photos of the general vibes of your party.
I always recommend that you do these all at once! That way you’re not constantly interrupting your guests to get their attention. This part of your wedding should take around 10-20 minutes.
